  • Stain Removal and Special Care: We provide stain removal and other specialized care services for certain fabrics.

Service Limitations

Despite our best efforts to deliver top-notch services, The Magic Wash disclaims all liability for any harm or loss that may result from

  • Items may have pre-existing damage before we receive them.
  • Items unsuitable for the service you requested, such as highly delicate fabrics, require specific care instructions not provided in our normal wash processes.
  • Despite our best efforts to protect them, we occasionally lose or damage items. In such cases, we have an established claims process as described below.

Service Availability

Our services are available within the area we serve, including our physical location in Tyler, TX, as well as any areas designated for pickup and delivery services. We may limit service availability based on geographic location, capacity, and other factors.

4. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer of The Magic Wash, you agree to:

  • Accurate Information: Provide accurate and complete information when placing an order for services, including your contact details and laundry preferences. If any details change (e.g., address, phone number), it is your responsibility to update us promptly.
  • Make sure to properly bag your laundry when you bring it to our shop or arrange for a pickup. Items improperly bagged or mixed with other materials release us from liability.
  • Special Care Instructions: You must inform us of any special instructions or requests for your laundry. For example, if you have specific preferences for folding, washing temperature, or dry cleaning instructions, you should provide these at the time of service.
  • Checking Garments for Pre-existing Damage: We recommend that you check your garments for any pre-existing damage before sending them for cleaning or laundering. We are not responsible for damages to items caused by their pre-existing conditions.

5. Pricing and payments

Pricing

The Magic Wash offers competitive pricing based on the services you request. Our pricing structure is available on our website and may vary depending on the size of your load, the type of service (wash, dry, fold, or dry cleaning), and the specific nature of the items you submit for service. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without prior notice.

Payment Methods

You can make payments for services using the following options:

  • You can use a credit or debit card such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover.
  • We accept cash for services provided in-store in Tyler, TX.

All payments are due at the time of service completion. You can count on us to resolve payment issues quickly.

Late Fees

For any overdue payments, The Magic Wash reserves the right to apply a late fee of up to 5% of the outstanding balance per week until the payment is settled. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if we do not receive payment within 30 days.

6. Liabilities and damages

Damage or Loss of Items

While we handle your items with great care, The Magic Wash cannot be held responsible for:

  • You have not reported any loss or damage to items, such as those that are fragile, easily damaged, or labeled accordingly, beforehand.
  • Our service or a third-party provider may cause damages due to improper or inadequate handling during transit or delivery.
  • We did not identify items with stains or pre-existing damage at the time of submission.

In the unlikely event of loss or damage, we will offer to either replace the item, repair the damage, or refund the amount in accordance with our claims process. We recommend that you check your items thoroughly before sending them for laundry.

Indemnification

By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold The Magic Wash, its employees, contractors, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to your use of our services, including any violation of these Terms or misuse of the services.

7. Pickup and delivery

We offer pickup and delivery services to certain areas. Our pickup and delivery fees may vary based on location, and we reserve the right to cancel or delay services due to weather, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Pickup and Delivery Timing

Despite our commitment to timely and efficient service, demand, scheduling, and other factors may lead to variations in delivery and pickup times. We will notify you if there are any significant delays.

Customer Availability

It is your responsibility to ensure that you or someone authorized is available at the scheduled pickup and delivery location. If no one is available, we may reschedule the service or charge a fee for a second attempt.

8. Account Security

If you create an account with The Magic Wash through our website or mobile app, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You are also responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized or not. Notify us immediately if you suspect a compromise of your account.

No Waiver
